Simpson Industries has years of experience helping our clients design custom nutritional supplement formulations and making those formulas into powders, capsules and tablets. With our on-staff medical advisor and other experienced team members who pride themselves on making the highest quality products possible, we can help you with your contract manufacturing needs.
Capsules
Encapsulation takes place in our state-of-the art manufacturing facility. Capsules are available in a variety of sizes and colors, as well as multi-color. With frequent inspections of the product before, during and after manufacturing, you can be assured that the capsules will be uniform in weight, dosage and quality.
Powder
One of our product options is nutritional supplement powder. We use raw materials from pre-qualified vendors that have been validated according to strict cGMP guidelines. You can be assured that the powder products we produce are uniform in consistency, color, quality and meet product specifications.
Tablets
Combining our high-speed tablet press and our attention to detail, we will provide your customers with high-quality tablets that have been quality tested throughout the manufacturing process for color, dosage, regularity, and resistance to breakage.
Packaging
Once we help design and produce your custom formulation, your product then goes to polishing and inspection and ultimately to the packaging department. We package in different shapes, styles and colors of bottles. We also have the following options:
- Individual Boxing
- Induction Sealing
- Inkjet Printing of Bottles and Boxes
- Full-Body Shrink Banding
Our professional packaging experts will work with you to design your packaging so that you can be as proud of the outside as you will be of the product itself.
